it is very nice apartment, two bathrooms are very convenient for big families or groups. Nice kitchen with small patio. Clean, nice and very Venice. Close to Arsenale.

We stayed with my family a total of 5 ppl in apartment #500.
The apartment was perfectly located near all major attractions, and landmarks, and the nearby cafes, restaurants
shops made our stay incredibly convenient.,
The apartment was clean well well-equipped and nicely decorated.
We had a great time!

Apartment no. 479 is in a good location, from where it is easy to reach the main tourist attractions in Venice. There are markets and restaurants very close by, which makes your stay easier. The apartment itself is complete, with attention to detail and comfort for guests being noticeable. Access may be a little uncomfortable for those with mobility difficulties due to the steep stairs, but it is not a major problem. I was very satisfied with the service, the information provided was clear, whenever necessary the team assisted me quickly, both entering and leaving the property were simple.

Very well located. Vaporetto and the Rialto district are nearby. The apartment is situated on a quiet side street in the very pleasant San Polo neighborhood, which has many shops. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Everything we needed was there. A very nice master bedroom. The only minor drawback: the Wi-Fi.

Excellent service. Everything was easy, from booking online to receiving the keys from Nicole. Thanks also to Eugenia for her kindness on the phone.

We appreciated the cleanliness and amenities of apartment #522. The bedding was very comfortable. It's well located in a quiet area of Venice.
