These 3 apartments are located in a quiet well-kept private garden, the property has been completely renovated and furnished in a functional way, with an eye for contemporary design.
It is easy to reach thanks to the waterbus stop that is only 20 Meters away; the apartments are located in the popular and picturesque district of Cannaregio.
The modern decor enhances the spaces that have been restored recently.
You can reach the major attractions of the city and the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, thanks to the water-bus that is twenty feet.
In total there are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 kitchens.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

Gabriele D. has reviewed the apartment on 05/11/2011 The flat hasn't a panoramic view but offers an unique quiet. I liked the convenience and proximity to the places I had planned to visit, there was also a well stocked supermarket nearby, a pharmacy and a kiosk that sells ACTV cards.

In 8 people we had a great time. Hossep, the person who welcomed us was very friendly and really helpful, very useful his advice and his info; from the first night we had the baby with a high fever, and on Sunday, also, he offered to go to the pharmacy for us .... In addition, being so close to the vaporetto stop (20 meters are real) was crucial for us that in addition to the children we also had two older people. We also loved the tranquility of the area, without the crowd that often distorts Venice. What can I say, it is sure that we will return very soon, and we will take back that apartment, the n° 1 is perfect for it!

The apartment was clean and was well stocked with towels, bedding and toiletries. It had everything we needed to cater for ourselves if we didn't want to eat out. Bed configuration was good and slept 8 of us. The apartment is cosy with a good outdoor area.
