Apartment in Venice Calle Molin: OZONE SANITIZED AT EVERY GUEST CHANGE, this is a little apartment-studio for 2 people, with a soft light, really fully equipped, in a fantastic area of Venice, see the pictures! You will be in 3 minutes at the Monumental Church of the Frari, Rialto and San Marco reachable in a short walk or by vaporetto from San Tomà. It is also few steps from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the widest and most brilliant places in town, near a supermarket, bakery, confectionery, food and coffeeshop.
You will find EVERYTHING you need for a fantastic, romantic and cheap holiday in Venice:
a very well equipped kitchenette, with 4 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle;
a king size bed, really comfortable, completely refurbished new bathroom.
We provide bed linens, 1 bath towel and 1 face towel for each guest, 1 shower mat, 1 or 2 dishcloths
We remind to Guests the Venetian phenomenon of “High Water", so should be aware of the possibility in Winter of a watertight protection (bulkhead) placed in front of the door, necessary precaution to protect the apartment.
NOTE: Take care to leave the kitchenette clean before leaving. Final cleaning and City tax not included and should be paid at the arrival.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.
