1) Is the price per person or per apartment?
The price is per apartment per night (not per person).
2) Where can I find the phone number / e-mail of the check-in manager and the meeting point?
The details of the check-in manager and the meeting point are given on the booking voucher.
3) Are pets allowed?
Pets are only allowed in the apartments where the symbol “pets” are among the services. However, please, advise us about the type of pet you intend to bring and we will check the accommodation to see if it is suitable.
4) How to pick up the keys upon arrival?
When you book you will receive a confirmation voucher with the name of the check-in manager that will hand you the keys plus detailed instructions about place and time to pick up your keys once in Venice. Upon check-in, he/she will ask for your passports or identity cards, for visitor registration, as required by Italian law.
5) And if we're late?
First, alert the check-in manager (her/his telephone number is indicated on the voucher).
If you check in after 9 p.m. there is a supplement of € 30 (AU$ 35) and after 12 p.m. an additional charge of € 50 (AU$ 58).
6) Is the kitchen fully equipped?
All our kitchens in our apartments are complete with cookware, cutlery, plates, glasses and cups, etc.. sufficient for a holiday.
7) If there is a baby in my family?
Let us know when you fill out the form to make sure your baby has a comfortable stay.
8) Do I have to bring sheets or towels?
No, the apartment is equipped with sheets, blankets and towels for the number of guests.
9) If I need anything during my stay?
Contact the check-in manager who will be glad to help!
