Holiday Apartment in Venice with Garden

We have just returned from our stay in Venice in apartment 178 for which we will give a rating of 4 out of 5 for the following reasons: very nice apartment with all comfort except on the bed in the living room which is not a bed but a very comfortable sofa bed. not very comfortable, you should definitely consider changing or only renting this apartment for 2 people.

When we arrived there was a lot of panic because the information to access the apartment was almost non-existent. A detail of the streets to get there would be welcome because in fact to access Santa Maria de Formosa from the Rialto stop there are a large number of streets and we got lost for more than 2 hours going in circles which is very unpleasant when you have just traveled for hours.

Finally, the apartment is missing information, I would say obligatory, such as the operation of garbage collection and selective sorting which is not the same as with us in France would be a minimum, also the tourist tax which is not indicated nowhere and for which we paid 5 euros per day per person or 60 euros while everywhere advertised in Venice hotels maximum 4.50 euros. So I'm wondering about the amount we paid.

This is what I thought was important to say to you, thank you to the person who welcomed us, I will recommend your website to my friends for your trust and we will return to Venice for sure, it is a magnificent city.

The apartment, for someone who doesn't live in Venice, seemed like a secluded location but instead from here you could get around Venice with complete comfort. From the Frari where I had to go every morning, to S. Marco to S. Maria dell'orto etc. etc. with very pleasant walks. The courtyard was ideal, not only for us but also for the dog who liked to sleep outdoors as much as possible. and also in an excellent position for the restaurants in the area

We had a great stay in this rental! I would give a rating of 4 for comfort, cleanliness, space and location. The only negative remark would concern the management of waste sorting, it would be enough to put a calendar with the days of collection of the different types of waste to make it easier. Apart from that, it was very pleasant, we quickly felt at home there. self .
It is certain that we will return to our next during a future stay.

I honestly hesitated whether to write a review about this apartment, or just keep it secret. But as I’m not the sort of chap that would keep this to himself, as Leonard Cohen put it, I must recommend this pearl and this perfect location in Venice. The apartment has good vibes, nicely and authentically designed, located in the ground floor in a very quiet street, albeit close to the best restaurants and sites. The apartment has an intimate private courtyard - an enclosed garden to enjoy breakfast or a romantic dinner. It goes without saying that the apartment is equipped with everything a couple or a small family would need. Just hop on to the Bailo supermarket behind the former church in Campo San Lorenzo, get your groceries and begin to live like Venetians, at least for a while.

The service: The service was excellent from the reservation, through the arrival and stay, up to the moment of leaving. Mrs. Tiziana was attentive before my arrival, and Mr. Alessandro kindly let me keep my luggage in the apartment after the check-out time to better suit my afternoon flight back home.

Particularly quiet apartment (we sleep very very well!), Very well equipped, very clean, very pleasant and located a few minutes walk from St Mark's Square: ideal. The little courtyard is a great place to eat. Two, it is perfectly fine. Very good reservation service, very good follow-up from Mrs Tiziana.

what a fabulous location. A very pleasant surprise to find the apartment was exactly and even better than in the photos. Excellent arrangement to meet at the apartment, very helpful and friendly all the way through our stay. Went out for a couple of boat trips courtesy of Alessandro both trips were amazing and thoroughly enjoyed them. I would defeinitely book back to this apartment again as it checked all the right boxes and was very central for our daily explorations. Lovely quiet street so can guarantee a good night sleep. The external private courtyard garden to the apartment was a blessing and would highly recommend anyone booking to ensure they have this extra outside space. Once again fabulous location, very comfortable with all the amenities you have at home. Extra plus was the air conditioning as it’s been 28’C here during our stay.

We have just spent a week in the apartment 178 according to our expectations, beautiful and comfortable apartment very well located 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square, the Coop and restaurants.

Very nice outdoor space which we enjoyed all week for meals outside.

Except for the bedding in the living room is a bit too thin. The service of the company was excellent and Alvise who welcomed us was friendly.

We stayed in a beautiful and characteristic Venetian apartment which completes the holiday of how we are looking to experience the daily emotions of the visited place. The only weakness to report is the mattress of the double sofa bed, not very comfortable.

We booked with Eugenia who was clear and very kind; We were greeted by the very quiet Alvise who showed us the house in its details making us immediately feel at ease.

My rating is 5. Comfortable apartment clean enough functional, equipped with appliances and utensils in excellent condition, new bathroom. A stone's throw from San Marco and Rialto, if I were to return to Venice you will probably be the first agency I will contact.

good afternoon the apartment very spacious and comfortable, had all the necessary utensils except for a broom to sweep the floor and the room of the washing machine although we did not need it was locked, if we returned to Venice we would rent it, as well as we will recommend it to our friends, greetings and thanks for your professionalism

The apartment is in a great location, it is in a very quiet area and at the same time very close to San Marco and Rialto. Apartment clean and well furnished, with everything you need even for long stays, in fact there are a large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. We stayed for a week on New Year and unfortunately we could not use the terrace that will certainly be great in the summer. The owners were very kind.

Excellent location, in the historic center of Venice. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and pleasantly decorated. The small yard is a more certain. A comfortable, well located apartment providing a good sense of room.The kitchen is well equipped and we found the open area behind the kitchen perfect for dining . The air conditioner also provided a good respite. The communication from the host was very good.

We spent 4 nights in this apartment in June 2017. We had specifically chosen the apartment because of the outside space and we loved having breakfast and lunch in the pretty courtyard garden. The apartment is located a few minutes away from the busy tourist areas and we really enjoyed the feeling of living among the locals. The cosy apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed and we definitely appreciated the air-conditioning.

The service from the company was excellent. Communications were via e-mail and we received clear instructions with regard to getting to the apartment. We arranged to meet Alessandro in a specific location and he walked with us to the apartment, showing us the key features.

We thought the apartment was very good. The apartment was very convenient for getting to San Marco and had many eating places near by. If we were visiting Venice again we would use this apartment again.

The apartment was in line with our expectations and description. Spacious, bright, functional and well equipped. The bedding of good quality and towels supplied in very sufficient quantity relative to the occupants.
the apartment is located in a large and relatively quiet street close to all amenities (less than 5 minutes to shopping and 10 minutes to reach the vaporetto San Zaccaria)
However, we must point out two things: the dishes were not clean (especially the glasses), and we partially washed them. It would be nice to clean the glass cupboard where the glasses are placed.
