Holiday Venice Apartment Basilica Frari: Spacious and bright apartment in the historical center of Venice, in the San Polo district. With a total area of 100 square meters, the apartment spreads over two floors and consists of two bedrooms: one with a single bed and the other with a French double bed (1,40 cm wide), one bathroom and a large living area. The apartment is in front of the beautiful “Basilica dei Frari”, which both windows and terrace overlook.
Suitable for families and groups, it is wide and can accommodate up to 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, including mixer, fridge, microwave oven, toaster and dishwasher.
Suitable as well to travel both inside and outside the lagoon, the apartment is just 5 minutes from the water-bus stop “San Tomà” and 10 minutes from the railway station “Venezia Santa Lucia”.
Among the services there are free Wi-Fi, heating system, washing machine and fans. Sheets, blankets and towels are included.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

Renata has reviewed the apartment on 07/05/2015 We did like this apartment with very original atmosphere and nice old furniture; it was spacious with very homely and cozy bedrooms. The view from the window over the roofs displayed stars and moon in the night. Very romantic! The location was very central (therefore not very quiet, but it was ok for us). We felt good in this premises. However, we made already experience with other apartments in Italy as well. They had more modern bath rooms and kitchen. May be one day there will be a renovation (combing old nice things with modern features), than the apartment could be rated by 5 stars. We are not sure also if the price we paid was appropriate, however Venice at Eastern is in general very expensive.
