The apartment is very well located, comfortable, and has everything you need for your stay. The only thing worth mentioning is that the air conditioning unit in the living room isn't working properly. The air vent is broken and transmits a lot of heat into the room, which prevents it from cooling completely.

We enjoyed staying at apartment N358. It was clean, spacious, and convenient. Central location, 7 mins walk to water bus, 4 mins walk to a large supermarket. plenty of restaurants. 5 mins from San marco.Great washing machine, good amenities. Eugenia is easy to deal with, she needs to give more specific information regarding the garbage and supermarket location. I asked localas about the supermarket because her instructions were inadequate. The garbage we worked out for ourselves, her information did not come to a place for leaving garbage.Venice city rubbish and recycling system is not very good or advanced. Many tourists obviously don't know how to use the bins provided and there are not enough bins.

very nice apartment, clean and fresh. Completly sufficient for 6 persons. You will find everything you need for a few days. Unfortunately you can not deposit your luggage before or after check in/ out

I came across this apartment and website whilst doing a random search of accommodation in Venice and am so glad I did. N.63 is a lovely apartment in an amazing location with its own private terrace/decking on the Grand Canal! The apartment is perfect for couples with plenty of space for two people and is very well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We were there recently and although it was very hot and humid in Venice during our stay, the apartment has excellent air conditioning and was wonderful to come home to. It is also very peaceful…being in the thick of things on the Grand Canal you might expect it to be a bit noisy, but not at all. Once the terrace doors were closed in the evening it was very quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. The terrace is lovely with fantastic views up and down the Grand Canal. I could happily have sat there all day with my glass of chilled prosecco. I would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to be back in the near future. The service provided by VeniceApartmentsItaly was excellent. We had no problems at all throughout the whole process from the initial booking and payment of the deposit on the website to leaving the apartment on the day of departure. Eugenia responded very quickly to all my questions and was very helpful regarding the tourist tax. I would also like to thank Alberto, our host, for making us so welcome and for his kindness and help during our stay. What a nice guy!

The owner is super helpful, he even came to pick us up at the Alilaguna bus stop. The apartment is very well located and very easy to access. The only small downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Very clean
There were 5 of us: 2 adults and 3 teenagers
So the space was limited, but that didn't stop us from having an excellent stay
I highly recommend it

Perfect service.
The apartment needs a curtain for the bathroom skylight and air conditioning in that room.
So I would give it a score of 3.
The kitchen utensils are missing a corkscrew.
However, the location is great.
Of course, the three floors are tough...
