This bright and colorful apartment in Venice is on the third floor, but the nice think is that there is the elevator (it is a real luxury to find it in Venice!).
It has been completely restored, renovated and furnished with modern style and cozy taste.
You will find a homely entrance, a spacious living area with double sofa-bed, a dining table, a TV and a stereo, a king size bedroom, a large kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and window.
You will be in a very central part of Venice: between St. Mark Square (3 minutes walk) and the Rialto Bridge (4 minutes) and convenient to the waterbus stop.
If you have special needs, we will be happy to help you to make your holiday even more unforgettable.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

The apartment is very comfortable, with two separate bedrooms, it is excellent for a family of four as ours. The only flaw we found was the condition of the pots and of the hairdryer.
