It is a very cozy apartment in the heart of Venice and it has a strategic position between the Academy Bridge and the Rialto Bridge, 300 Meters from the waterbus stop St. Angel.
Recently renovated, it is on the first floor and it has an area of 55 Square Meters.
It includes the living room (with sofa bed, TV, equipped kitchenette), double room with the possibility of adding a single bed, and finally the bathroom with shower.
The comfort is also guaranteed through the air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
If you are 7 people, it is possible to rent the apartment-studio located on the same floor.

If you have special needs, we will be happy to help you to make your holiday even more unforgettable.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

This is the second year that we rent an apartment at Eugénia for the carnival.
In 2016 my opinion on the apartment (which was not the 33) was negative but once again I called for your services as your rates are adequate
This year we particularly appreciated the apartment 33 to which we give the note 4. We found its location exceptional:
close to St Mark's Square, the Rialto Bridge, the Dorsoduro district and the amenities: food shops and other.
The apartment is spacious, very clean, its small fault is the passage through the bedroom to access the bathroom.
The proximity of the vaporetto and the quiet journey to the apartment are very appreciable when you travel with luggage on arrival and departure.

1) Wonderful location. The big 33 is really spacious and 34 is a bit smaller with its surface and its cuisine. We must consider the apartment 84 for a family or intimate and eat in kitchen

The largest 33. it really is a beautiful apartment. very clean, isolated from the noise. Mosquito nets in the rooms

2) Super Service at the appointment: ALEXANDRO was there to expect us at the vaporetto STATION SAN ANGELO

FRENCH speaking is not very developed there (English and Italian.) But we managed ..

I recommend this apartment to all lovers of Venice .. That's 4 time we visit Venice

And we'll go back a little later in this apartment + 84 ... .. !!!!!!!!! GOODBYE
