The apartment is as advertised and perfectly meets our expectations. The location is excellent, central yet not too noisy. The main bedroom is spacious and bright. The single bedroom is smaller but comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped, but since we've always eaten out, we haven't used it much. Your service was efficient and pleasant, much appreciated both at the time of booking and during payment and check-in.

The apartment was very well located, quiet, and very clean. The small balcony was lovely. Only one flight of stairs to climb, which was a real plus. We were very satisfied with your service. The apartment is very well located, well-equipped, and comfortable. The bed could be longer and firmer. The quiet terrace is very welcome after a day of sightseeing in Venice. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy. The information provided before arrival is appreciated. The photos of the apartment don't fully reflect reality.

1) Its strong point is the location.
2) Rossana was a little late. She's friendly, but nothing more.

3) The apartment is very basic.
It's clean, but for example, the kitchen faucet doesn't stay in place well, and there are several repairs held together with tape.
The top of the nightstand is damaged.

Other minor issues.
For the price, it would be nice if it had been a bit refreshed.
Nevertheless, I would recommend it.

We would definitely book the apartment again!

Pleasant apartment, beautifully renovated, with a beautiful view and plenty of light. A fair few stairs to climb! Ideal for a couple, the sofa bed is a bit of a bonus. Elena's support was excellent, helping us find our way—not easy, but we're in Venice, and getting lost in the streets and squares is part of the experience.

We would give the apartment a 5.
Just one small drawback: the shower head needs limescale removal (the jets are too few and too thin).

The terrace is definitely the highlight of this apartment, which is also very well located for visiting Venice. Alberto gave us a very warm welcome; he was available and answered all our questions.

Very well located, very quiet, clean and functional; good bedding and pleasant decor; two floors (more like three) without an elevator, but what a beautiful view over the rooftops and surrounding bell towers! We have never regretted our choice
