It is not affected by high water.
The apartment consists of: entrance hallway, living room with sofa-bed and kitchen, the room features a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a large closet; you also have the opportunity to request a cradle so this apartment is suitable for 5 adults and a baby.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, wc and heated towel rail.
The entire apartment features beautiful exposed beams and windows overlooking a quiet and typical Venetian square.
Amenities: central heating, air conditioning, TV, safe, internet, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, blankets.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. • Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. The apartment is small but very nice, cozy and clean. We liked having the air conditioning. The apartment is located relatively close to two 'vaporetto' stations, so even with the girls we were able to move smoothly. We also dined at the restaurant Al Vagon (of the owners of the house) and we ate very well, although portions are small and the price high enough, however it is worth it because the food is great and the service staff too.
