Apartment in Venice Dorsoduro Canal View: Very bright apartment overlooking a canal in the historic center of Venice, in the Dorsoduro district. It is located a few meters from the Rio Novo and from the windows you can enjoy a magnificent view of the canal and the surrounding houses.
The apartment is on the first floor and it has a kitchen, a living room with terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Overall, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The house is neat and tidy and it has: air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV.
As for the kitchen, this is very well equipped. There are a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster, a blender and a kettle. There is also a washing machine and for families with small children, a cot is available. Towels, blankets and sheets are also provided.
If you have to move, this apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the Accademia Galleries and within 15 minutes you can reach the Palazzo Venier dei Leoni where is the famous Peggy Guggenheim Collection, which contains many important works of artists such as Duchamp, Kandinsky, Picasso and Dalí.

You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.
• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco.
