Holiday Venice Apartment Biennale with Terrace: Beautiful apartment with terrace just 5 minutes walking - without crossing any bridge- from Giardini's water bus stop.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The outside staircase leads to the terrace and to the main part of the house consisting of a kitchen-living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Less than 1 minute walk from the apartment you will find supermarkets, bar, bakers, fish market, greengrocers.
Bed linen, towels and blankets are included.

If you have special needs, we will be happy to help you to make your holiday even more unforgettable.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. The bedding, bedrooms and air conditioning are definitely pluses - we didn't miss anything in the common area and the kitchen is well equipped. We did not take advantage of the pretty terrace shaded by a superb vine because the even hotter air conditioning was unpleasant. We were super well guided by Elena (live via WhatsApp) from plaza di Roma. The few instructions received regarding public transport served well! (Although we are not inhabited - let alone Vaporettos!) the explanations related to the apartment and the 'little veins' in Venice were very clear. A brief explanation of what is currently happening in Venice would have saved us from walking a lot just before the very festive evening of July 15! Very pleasant stay! Thanks for everything.

Correct apartment well equipped Very well placed .Quiet .Restaurants and shops in the street
The access by the sea is very easy (5 minutes walk)
The apartment is very close to the Palace of Doges and San Marco

I will tell you that we were very pleased with the service and assistance of Rossana Bacchin. She was very helpful in organizing a water taxi and bringing us to the apartment.
The apartment itself was conveniently located and we appreciated having the terrace given the excellent fall weather.

Apartment very well located, quiet area with groceries, near St. Mark's Square. There are a lot of dishes.
Good service. Despite the flight delay, the person waited at the vaporetto stop to take us to the apartment. You listen to the travelers and you try to make their stay comfortable.
