New Apartment in Venice Suite Canal View: Very nice apartment overlooking the canal in the historic center of Venice, in the Castello district. With a double bedroom, a large living room with double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Tastefully furnished this beautiful holiday home offers a wide range of facilities and services including Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating and air conditioning. From the bedroom you can enjoy a beautiful view of the "Rio dei Scudi and S.Ternita". There is also a patio where you can relax after a busy day. The kitchen is very well equipped including oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster and espresso machine. Supplied sheets, blankets and towels. For families with small children are available cot and high chair.
The apartment is in an ideal position for trips to the city center: just 10 minutes from Saint Mark Square and 5 minutes from Venetian Arsenal.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

Maria José Agost has reviewed the apartment on 28/07/2021 The fully equipped apartment offers a super stay in it, all immaculate, near the center, very quiet area. The service also is super, Michaela, was very kind to us, since she had to wait for us for a while, since we got lost, and at all times she was at our disposal to indicate us, and when we arrived she accompanied us to the apartment, giving us everything type of explanations to make our stay more comfortable, indicating restaurants, shopping areas, etc. We will definitely return to Venice. We will contact you again.

Maria Jose Martin has reviewed the apartment on 05/09/2018 Check-in was fast enough. Michela was waiting for us at the meeting point and took us quickly to the house. On the way we saw a small shop and she told us we could buy what we needed there, but it is a very small shop, with few things and quite expensive. However, we made a first purchase there. Later we discovered other supermarkets not far from the accommodation with a much better selection and better prices. He even pointed us to a restaurant bar at the corner of the square to eat but we did not go because we discovered other places. The building in which the accommodation is located is neglected, but when you arrive to the apartment everything changes, everything is like in the photos, very nice, very new and very beautiful. Very comfortable beds. The patio you see in the photos is the entrance to the apartment so it is not closed, then there are the corridors of the other apartments. Although we did not use any electrical appliances because we were out all day, there is everything. We had more information about the environment and about Venice in general. Advice on restaurants and not just on the corner one when we asked.
