Venice Apartment with 3 Bedroom and Private Terrace: Large and beautiful apartment with terrace in the historic center of Venice, in Saint Mark. This holiday home has been recently renovated, with special attention to details: curtains, original Venetian floor, technology, terrace ... etc. Everything to ensure an unforgettable stay for our guests.
It has a living room, 3 double bedrooms, a relaxation area (with sofa bed, TV and desk), and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub). There is also a private terrace of 12 square meters, fully equipped with tables and chairs.
Really very comfortable and bright, it is on the second floor of a building without lift. The living room is very bright and it has a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and armchairs, 40 'flat screen HD TV-SAT, an extendable table and chairs. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a small terrace, while another has private access to the bathroom. All rooms are equipped with a double bed, a single wardrobe, a mirror, a desk, a small table with two chairs and a satellite TV. On request, it is possible to separate the beds.
As for the bathrooms, one is very spacious with bathtub and shower, bidet and washing machine and the other a little smaller. Both are equipped with a hairdryer.
In the apartment there are also Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, PS3 and HI-FI. Guests are provided with towels, sheets and extra blankets. To visit, the apartment enjoys a strategic position, it is just a few steps (only 90 meters) from St. Mark's Square and less than 10 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge.
IMPORTANT: Following the new municipal regulations, the tourist tax is € 4,00 in high season and € 2,80 in low season (January).
Finally, you will be asked for your credit card (including the expiration date) to guarantee your reservation.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.
