Venice Apartment Canal View with 2 Bedrooms

apartment very well located and very quiet. Points to improve: the shelf above the sink to be fixed, inappropriate sheets for the sofa bed (no fitted sheet, sheets too small), review the operation of the heating. And replace the batteries in the air conditioning, decoder and TV remote controls. In winter, plan to heat 24 or 48 hours before because we were cold for 24 hours.... well-assured and efficient service (reception, delivery of additional blankets and tea towels and assistance with the heating broken down). Well done for that.

Everything was perfect, apartment very well located in a nice area, a multitude of small shops, pastry shops, bars, ice cream parlors, coop, and above all excellent restaurants.

Very well located in a great part of Venice - short walk to Rialto and some good restaurants. Away from the crowds. Service was good, accommodating our late arrival

Rate of the apartment 4,5/5. Good location, very clean and spacious. Only problem mission some equipment.

The communication were good beurre the trip, but we had some communication problem for the check in. We lost ont hour in front of the apartment.

a downside!

A little disappointed by the inner courtyard which was described as a terrace but which could not claim this use because it was too small. The photos on your site 'wide angle' distorted reality.

Another point to improve: the distribution of bedside lamps in the bedrooms. Some were not working and this limited the night lighting in the rooms.

Otherwise the problem of the boiler, the water leak and the flush in the bathroom at the start of the stay were taken care of very quickly and that's great; concerning the follow-up and support of your guests.

For the rest, a little curious, the power outlets installed at a height of 2.5m.

We were supposed to be 5 but in the end we only ended up at 4, it was perfect.

Good location on the ground floor, good cleanliness, central but at the same time quiet area;

A really lovely apartment that met all my needs.
It is spacious and clean. With an open plan kitchen & living room. It has a good sized kitchen with all the facilities.
There is a walk in shower with nice hot water.
Good WiFi connection & large screen tv & DVD player.
Comfortable beds with plenty of cupboard space. It is located in a quiet location so no problems sleeping at night A supermarket and restaurants are only 2 minutes walk.

The apartment 181 is very well located, near Campo San Giacomo dell'orio: Venetian atmosphere assured, far from the groups of tourists who flock around St Marc. Authentic neighborhood, quiet, Coop market nearby super convenient; bakery 2 steps to take breakfast with fresh bread. The Mocenigo palace with 3 houses and the FRARI at 10 minutes when we know the passages rather reserved for Venetians (and as I understand them!). Santa Lucia Station is a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is well located. It is spacious for 6 people. We found a lot of useful reading about Venice. Only downside, the chairs are too low, and not comfortable.
Fosca was very responsive and available. The information provided when we rented the apartment was clear and in line with our expectations.

Apartment spacious, clean, in the heart of Venice, close to the San Stae vaporetto station, overlooking a small canal, in a quiet street: PERFECT!

Comfortable and well located apartment. It is bright and pleasant. The service is effective, efficient organization even when you arrive late. We were very well received.

Apartment n. 181 is a fantastic place for at stay in Venice. We were 5 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone, peace, and only a short way to places to see, eat and shop. We will choose this apartment again if we go to Venice.
The service was in top! We got there 3 hours earlier then planned, and anyway Eugenia picked us up at the boat, and gave us the apartment, with a very short notice.

We loved our stay in Venice, Apartment 181’s location was very good and we had some of our best times in the Apartment ( cooking up our own Italian pasta ).

Quiet and peaceful location, love that it was not full of tourists and supermarket was close by. The bungalow itself was very comfortable and charming. We had everything we needed and intend to use it again next time we visit. The only thing I could point out is that it would be cool if the 'loft' was cleared and cleaned.

great location, easy access, 2 minutes walk from the S. Stae vaporetto. Quiet, clean and well equipped. New mattresses and very hard. Lots of storage in the rooms. The piano is beautiful, but we did not play it, what a pity! The photos reflect reality. Good service and good welcome on our arrival for delivery of the keys.

We had a very good time in Venezia, and the apartment was very good.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious for 4 people. There's everything (wifi, to wash, towels, heating, etc.) and it is in a nice area.
