Exclusive Venice Penthouse Rialto: Comfortable attic on the third floor in the historic center of Venice, in the district of Saint Polo. Furnished with care the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and it includes: 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with shower. From the windows you can enjoy a magnificent view over the rooftops of Venice.
The kitchen is well equipped with: fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, espresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Among the many services there are: heating, hair-dryer, television, iron and vacuum cleaner. Upon arrival guests will find blankets, sheets and towels in the apartment.
To move the house is in an absolutely central location. It is about 200 meters from the Rialto Bridge and a 10-minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. The closest vaporetto stop is Saint Silvestre, just 350 meters away.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

Daniel Mouillac has reviewed the apartment on 17/09/2023 The apartment is very well located with shops, the market and the vaporetto station nearby. Although located on the 4th floor the nights are very noisy (non-existent insulation). The rooms are spacious except the 3rd bedroom whose surface is limited. We were 6 and a 2nd shower would be welcome with hot water (this one is very rare). The size of the coffee maker needs to be reviewed. Normally an espresso coffee maker and a microwave are in the description of the kitchen equipment but strangely absent. In the entrance, the bars of the stairs are to be refixed.

It is on the 4th floor, so quiet and overlooking the rooftops. It is very spacious. It has a somewhat old-fashioned charm. There are all the shops nearby and the market. It is properly equipped (full kitchen). Attention, on the video presentation the attic is not included in the rental, the door is locked without access. The wifi does not work very well . We went in the winter and it is well heated. A second shower would be a plus. The service is very good. Welcome on time and fast. Quick answers to requests. Possibility to leave the luggage on the last day because the apartment was free

Although touristy the area is still popular and friendly with many delicious little restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. View of the rooftops from the top floor. Furnished to the old, it has a certain charm. All the amenities work well. The service is great. A very professional and pleasant staff at the same time. We were welcomed, guided. All the information to prepare the accommodation before arriving in Venice was correct and helpful.
