In general we had a good time. View and comfort in moving well.

Apartment well located and very quiet. Well heated. Pleasant view. Very pretty bathroom. Supermarket 2 minutes away and affordable restaurants nearby. The floors are not a problem.

The price is high but everything is expensive in Venice. . The apartment is for two adults and possibly a child. We were 3 adults and it is difficult to sleep in the living room because the water heater is very noisy. The paint is old and the maintenance is correct. It's a shame because there is real potential.

We stayed here for 6 nights, a couple and a 7 year old girl. Charming attic apartment with view of the Greek Church and a canal. Very well placed and well equipped for making small meals, with small grocery stores nearby. Next to the San Zachariah vaporetto stop, direct line to the airport. Functional and essential air conditioning. Good legs needed to get luggage up to 3rd floor! Hostess friendly and very available to answer questions. Price hard to beat.

Clean apartment, equipped with everything you need to stay and delivered on schedule.

Accessibility and use of the bathroom really very difficult for me 170 cm tall so I imagine the difficulty for those who are taller.

Steep and narrow access stairs absolutely not recommended for those who are overweight.

Our review of Apartment N.163; We had a great stay at apartment 163 . It is in a fantastic location. Rossana was very helpful in communicating all details of finding the apartment and keys and checking in. She was always available to help. The apartment is light and pleasant with everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable. I would recommend the apartment for the location and very good value. We were very pleased with the service we received from Venice Apartments Italy. We received all the information we needed for getting to the apartment and Rossana Bacchin who was our contact was always available to answer questions and was excellent at introducing us to the apartment.

The highlights of this apartment are the exceptional location because very well located behind San Marco, so it is ideal for visiting Venice. The second highlight is the beautiful view of the living room overlooking a canal and a small bridge and the proximity of the church. We were very well received by Rossana. She is very warm and took the time to explain everything of the apartment. We are delighted with the service of Rossana who listened us until the day we left.

Excellent location, 3 min. walking from Basilica San Marco and Ducal Palace, spacious and very well equipped in general. It is a third without elevator in a typical building of Venice, very quiet and in a very safe area. Maybe to improve the kitchenware and the old-fashioned sofa. Rossana treated us very well, and gave us some advice regarding restaurants, travel, etc. The service offered by apartments in Venice great. Easy and safe to use. We will repeat without a doubt.

Located on the third floor, the apartment is quiet and it has a beautiful view of the canals and a church.
Good value for money. It is certainly possible to find better but certainly not at this price.

Apartment very well located. Quiet, with a splendid view on the Orthodox church, its courtyard and the greenery, a small canal and its animation and the roofs with terrace of Venice .. Location very close to the tourist heart of the Serenissima, the strategic piers, but also supermarkets and restaurants and ice cream shops. Practical starting point to discover on foot the wealth, calm and giardini publici from the Castello district to the island of Santa Elena.
Very comfortable bedding. The equipment (a bit average) allows you to have nice breakfasts and prepare a minimum of meals if you wish.
Best memory: in the morning at 7am, the bells of Venice that you hear in the distance to ring the awakening of the activities of this magical city.

Hello I would put the rating 4.5 out of 5. Comfortable bedding, spacious and quiet apartment, very very well located for visits and night walks. Two small downsides: the 3 floors to climb with the suitcases and noisy sanibroyeur which requires emptying the tub the next morning not to annoy the neighbors when you have a little education ☺ An improvement to make easy and that would be a plus: small shelves in the bathroom loft. There was sugar coffee tea in the kitchen cupboard so we also leave the soluble coffee bought by us and not used to keep this more appreciable

We found ourselves very well in the apartment 163. Mrs. Rossana greeted us warmly in this very comfortable and cozy apartment ... our requests were all fulfilled as the baby cot we found already on our arrival. In the kitchen we found everything we needed to cook from pots, detergents, dish towel, sponges, etc ... not to mention the beautiful Venetian scene with the channel that made our stay even more magical.


We were sorry to leave the apartment. Definitely I recommend it to a relative or friend for the great location.


Impeccable service with the exception of a little misunderstanding there was with the owner of the apartment who did not know that we had paid the deposit and she thought that we had to pay to her the full price. She had a lot of tact and she was comprehensive then everything was resolved quickly.

Apartment number 163-Absolutely 5! Very nice and very comfortable, you can have everything what you need, from oliven oil until adapters :-), we are very satisfied! The location is very ideal , st marks square is stone throw away and rialto market is just 800 meters . The very friendly Ursula even picked us from the meeting point and brought us to the apartment. The apartment is ideally located (near the vaporetto stops, monuments, museums, Rialto market...) and yet very quiet. A very pleasant view. Everything needed to live comfortably for three for 5 days.
The 50 stairs to reach it were not a problem for us, however, to point out to people with walking difficulties or with young children.

The apartment is in a great location! A few steps from Piazza San Marco, but at the same time in a very quiet court. Comfortable and bright. Well the equipment for a small child, but a little uncomfortable the access to the bathroom.
