Venice Apartment Campo San Sebastiano

We appreciated the location, close to many of Venice's main attractions, and also its tranquility.

The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The only downside is that it's dark, but we know that's typical of Venetian apartments.
The bedding is high quality, even on the sofa bed.
The small private terrace and courtyard are a pleasant bonus.
If we were to return to Venice, we would definitely rent this apartment again and highly recommend it to everyone.
Regarding the service, Mr. Alvise was responsive and clearly explained how everything worked in the apartment. Communication with the agency was easy.

Good morning, our stay in apartment 413 was very good. I'd give it a 4, not the best, but for one problem: it's not very bright; natural light is important to me! The apartment is lovely, well-designed, comfortable, and well-heated. It's equipped with every comfort.
We had a wonderful time and hope to return to your beautiful city.

It's superb and close to the center of Venice; very quiet.

Very well located, well insulated, comfortable beds, separate toilet which is a plus.

The only downside is the small size of the bathroom and especially the shower, particularly since bidets are no longer used in France.

We also appreciated the instructions for our arrival and the warm welcome at the start of our stay.

Nicely renovated apartment, with two spacious bedrooms and a master bathroom. The second bathroom is minimal but still useful. The house has all the necessary amenities. A few minor repairs are needed, which is normal at the end of the summer season.

The apartment perfectly matched our rental description. The location is excellent, and although the entrance stairs, bathroom, and forced drainage system are a bit tricky, they don't detract from the overall comfort. The linens and towels were very good and provided promptly.

Elena's service was excellent and clear, and the cleaning staff fulfilled their promises.

I would definitely rent this apartment again on my next visit.

We traveled up and down the Grand Canal and didn’t see any apartments with water level terraces/balconies. We ate and drank Alberto’s free bottle os Prosecco on it and let Venice come to us! He was a great host and checked up on us to make sure all was well.

the apartment was centrally located quaint and compact. Close to major attractions, shops, restaurants and transport. The courtyard we could not utilise as the mosquitos were an issue. I enjoyed the history of the accomodation and peacefulness even though close to busy areas.
