Modern Apartment in Venice to Rent with 2 Bathrooms: These two twin apartments are located on the first and on the second floor of the same building, in the Castello district, between the vaporetto stops “Celestia” and “Arsenale”. Every apartment is made of a large, well-equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Both apartments have beams on the ceiling, that warm up the space and are characterised by modern furniture. Both apartments have air conditioning, towels and bed linen are provided. From both apartments you can admire the canal that surrounds the Arsenale external wall.
If you have special needs we will be happy to help you to make your holiday even more memorable.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

The apartment is perfect, very quiet and located close to Venetian neighborhood life. Watch out for mosquitoes. Have a reserve because the socket was empty. Welcome, in English. Given the number of French people I met, I have no doubt that it will soon be in French.

Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. We also liked the location a lot because it is close to the very nice arsenal and we found the walks to the center which is not so far away pleasant. If I may give some advice, have customers find anti-mosquito products at home because they don't always think of taking them with them. And I would also remove the mosquito marks on the wall.

The apartment is as you see in the photos, very new and clean, with all the specifications indicated on the website. The area is quiet but very close to the center of the city. There is a supermarket nearby. We stayed 5 nights and it was ideal for my family (two adults and two children aged 11 and 13).

The apartment is very nice, located in a quiet area with very few tourists and a 15 minute walk from St. Mark's Square. The apartment on our arrival was spotless and equipped with almost everything.
