Great apartment, quiet, clean, good location, owner very kind and helpful. We had everything that we needed. Good restaurants and markets very close. Appartmenti a Venezia help us to have a wonderful experience in the city.

Apt # 180 est très agréable, rénové, tout équipé, super propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons loué de nombreux appartements lors d'un voyage en Europe et l'appartement n ° 180 a dépassé nos attentes. Il est idéalement situé, à seulement 2 min. à pied de l'arrêt de vaporetto Giudecca Palanca, à 10 min de la place San Marco. Séjourner à Giudecca a été une expérience formidable, car c'est plus calme avec une atmosphère locale et loin de l'agitation du centre historique de Venise rempli de milliers de touristes. Nous avons acheté un pass vaporetto 3 jours. L'appartement est exactement comme indiqué sur les photos / photos sur https://www.veniceapartmentsitaly.com. Les draps / draps de lit, les serviettes, les matelas et les oreillers sont propres et confortables. Carlo, qui gère l'appartement, a été très utile. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions et demandes très rapidement et a offert une excellente communication. Il a également fourni une bonne et claire carte de Venise. Grâce à son accueil chaleureux et à ses recommandations, notre séjour à Venise a été extraordinaire et inoubliable. Nous sommes donc très reconnaissants et nous reviendrons certainement et réserverons ce même appartement sans hésitation. De plus, nous recommanderons sans réserve Carlo, Eugenia, appartement #180 et https://www.veniceapartmentsitaly.com à tous nos amis et connaissances. Tout dans notre séjour à Venise était incroyable.

Apartment well located (near the Vaporetto Arsenale stop), equipped, comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has an elevator. Owner available by WhatsApp. We were contacted by him several weeks before our stay to organize the appointment to collect the keys.

We had a great stay in this rental! I would give a rating of 4 for comfort, cleanliness, space and location. The only negative remark would concern the management of waste sorting, it would be enough to put a calendar with the days of collection of the different types of waste to make it easier. Apart from that, it was very pleasant, we quickly felt at home there. self .
It is certain that we will return to our next during a future stay.

The bedding, bedrooms and air conditioning are definitely pluses - we didn't miss anything in the common area and the kitchen is well equipped. We did not take advantage of the pretty terrace shaded by a superb vine because the even hotter air conditioning was unpleasant. We were super well guided by Elena (live via WhatsApp) from plaza di Roma. The few instructions received regarding public transport served well! (Although we are not inhabited - let alone Vaporettos!) the explanations related to the apartment and the 'little veins' in Venice were very clear. A brief explanation of what is currently happening in Venice would have saved us from walking a lot just before the very festive evening of July 15! Very pleasant stay! Thanks for everything.

Spacious apartment for 4 people with a lovely terrace overlooking the Venetian rooftops. Situated in a strategic position, quiet area but close to the centre. Nearby restaurants, bars, greengrocers, bakers.... Precise contacts with the agency, immediate response, clear explanations

The apartment is very well located, in a pleasant area, a few minutes from Piazza San Marco. It is in a small street without restaurants, so quiet.
On the other hand, some additional kitchen utensils would be welcome. Finally, some window shutters are in poor condition. The service is impeccable. In late arrival, we were able to collect the keys easily. In addition, the hostess is available for any additional information.

The apartment is located in a perfect part of Venice. It is walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and there are restaurants and shops all around. There are two flight of stairs to climb to get into this unit, but it was not too tough. The check in procedure was very simple and the directions to get to the apartment were well communicated to me in advance. 12 min walk to St Marc's Square. It was a quiet apartment at night. I was there at the start of summer and it was hot. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner in one room and with some strategic placing of the fans that were provided it kept the apartment cool enough for us. Also the Mercato market is only 30 meters from the apartment. Great place to stay.
