New Venice Apartment for Holiday with 3 Bedroom: This spacious apartment is located in the Santa Croce district, at a stone’s throw from the vaporetto stop (“San Stae”) and from some among the most famous museums in town, such as Ca’ Pesaro modern art gallery and Palazzo Mocenigo. Passing through a hall, you enter the apartment that is made of a large living room with TV area and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a double bedroom. This accommodation is on the first floor and it’s furnished mixing old and modern style pleasantly. It boasts a fine “Terrazzo alla Veneziana” floor. Every bedroom and the living area have air conditioning. You’ll find sheets, blankets and towels.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.
• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.
