New Venice Apartment San Polo with 3 Bedrooms: Spacious (103 sqm) and totally renovated, this apartment is located in San Polo, a few steps from the birthplace of the famous playwright Carlo Goldoni.
There are 3 large double bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom. Altogether there are 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher).
Wi-fi, air conditioning, washer-dryer and heating complete the amenities and, of course, it is equipped with sheets, blankets and towels.
The vaporetto stop closest to home is San Tomà.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

The hob works poorly and lacks power. It lacks an electric coffee maker. Rent-Apartment-Venise.com service is excellent, efficient and courteous.

Nicole could not have been more helpful. You may recall I was surprising my wife with a visit if our sons and their girlfriends for her 60th birthday. Nicole was brilliant with a little subterfuge so that Fiona had no idea why we were in a 3 bed apartment rather than the 1 bed she thought I’d booked! So top marks to Nicole for service!! One very minor thought for you - add a small shelf in the large en suite shower to place shampoos etc. But that’s a minor thing to consider. Overall we all loved our weekend in Venice

The rooms are spacious, with air conditioning, and accommodates up to 6 people with comfort. The central position is strategic because you can move very well both on foot and by vaporetto. Railway station reachable on foot in a quarter of an hour. The welcome was impeccable, we received all the useful and necessary information for the use of the apartment and the stay in Venice with kindness and punctuality.
