Apartment in Venice for Rent Pets Allowed: Bright studios apartments in the center of Venice, in Cannaregio district, 5 minutes walking from Rialto Bridge and 10 from St. Mark's Square.
These 2 apartments are situated in the same building, just a few steps from the beautiful church of “Santa Sofia”, one on the first floor and the other on the third floor.
In both of them pets are allowed, and they can accommodate overall up to 6 people, 3 for each apartment. In each studio there is one bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, refrigerator, oven and toaster, also available safety deposit box, satellite TV, washing machine, free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heating system. There are also a baby cot. Towels, blankets and sheets are included.
Within walking distance from major attractions of the city, this building is situated in a very well served area, either by vaporetto (200 meters from Ca D'Oro) and by shops.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

The apartment is very well located in a living area, easy access, whether from Piazzale Roma or Fondamenta Nove. The experience was amazing. We wanted an apartment in the heart of Venice and location was essential. Apartment N. 136 exceeded all of our expectations. The kitchen was nice, modern, and functional. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment featured a lot of natural light as there were three sets of windows. There was actually a small terrace outside one of the sets of windows that was perfect to enjoy a nice glass of prosecco watching the tourists pass by in the streets.
