New Venice Apartment 5 Minutes Rialto: The apartment is on the second floor of a typical building in the historic center of Venice between Campo San Tomà and Campo San Polo. The location is great, right between the people who still live in Venice with shops and services, a few steps from the Frari Church, a few minutes from Rialto and San Marco, 2 minutes from the waterbus line 1 and 2.
The apartment is spacious, comfortable and bright; Venetian decorations and spaces of the rooms create the right atmosphere of the city, though you will feel relaxed like at home.
The kitchen is designed for guests with microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The bathroom is windowed with a spacious shower. In the apartment there are: air conditioning a small stereo, a hair dryer to the hair, an iron, a television and a good wireless internet network.
Nearby you will find many bars and restaurants / taverns, a supermarket just 50 meters away, never to be in trouble!
On arrival you will find one of us to hand over the keys and also a good bottle of white wine Prosecco in the fridge so that you can celebrate to the best your first few hours in Venice!

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.
