New Venice Apartment Cannaregio with 3 Bedrooms: This is a real venetian house! It's located at the second floor of Cà d'Asfalto, a venetian palace of '800. There is a wonderful view on the Cannaregio canal.
It's very bright, cozy and silent, and it's located in the heart of the most caratheristic place in the city. Along our Fondamenta you will find small and useful shops such as the bakery, a small grocery store, a very good ice cream shop, the tabacco shop where you can buy tickets for the water bus, the fresh fish stall, the pharmacy ...
We are very close to Strada Nova, the main road that takes you from the train station to Rialto, here, throughout the day, you will find the fruit and vegetable market, all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants. Along the same road, you will find the best-served supermarket, reachable by feet from the apartment in just 5 minutes. Two minutes from the apartment instead you have the water bus stop lines 4.1 - 4.2 and 5.1 - 5.2 to reach Fondamenta Nove, San Marco, Lido, and the island of Murano where you can visit the Glass Factory.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The building is very quiet, on the second floor there is only our apartment.
You have at your disposal three bedrooms: one double, a second bedroom with a "French" bed (140x190), and a third one with a single bed, kitchen/dining room, air conditionig,WiFi.
If you have special needs, we will be happy to help you to make your holiday even more unforgettable.
• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.
• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.
