Very well located, very quiet, clean and functional; good bedding and pleasant decor; two floors (more like three) without an elevator, but what a beautiful view over the rooftops and surrounding bell towers! We have never regretted our choice

Very well located, quiet, functional, clean, beautiful spacious room. It would be good to provide an electric coffee maker for breakfast as the Italian coffee makers are small for filling a bowl. In conclusion, an ideal apartment for visiting Venice.

We were completely satisfied with our stay in this typically Venetian apartment. Spacious, very clean, quiet, and ideally located near the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's Square, La Fenice opera house, and the vaporetto stops are a 7-8 minute walk away. We highly recommend it for a few days in the wonderful city of Venice. One small drawback: it's a shame there's no luggage storage on site, as our flight was at 5 pm and we'd been lugging our bags around since 10:30 am. It would be easy to set up a small area in the large ground-floor hall with a lockbox, for example.

The apartment matches the photos and is well located for exploring Venice, away from the hustle and bustle of Venetian tourism but sometimes close to the student area and the canal. Antonio and Eugenia were always available to answer our questions; excellent service.

Apartment 442 was very well located and quiet, with a small supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment was a bit dated, and the cleanliness could be improved. One minor detail: a blanket was missing, and after requesting one, we never received it... The nights are chilly at this time of year.

Therefore, we give the apartment a rating of 4 out of 5.
The booking and payment process went very smoothly.

The apartment is very well located and sufficiently equipped for a stay in Venice.

Ideally located (on a very quiet street), just steps from Via Garibaldi and barely 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square, it's very clean and convenient despite the (very) short staircase leading to the second floor.
The beds were made upon our arrival, which was much appreciated after our journey, and there was more than enough towels.
The welcome was incredibly warm and friendly (thank you, Elena!), the booking process was easy, clear, and straightforward—in short, we loved everything...for the second time (and hopefully not the last!) in this apartment with this agency.
