This Venice apartment is on the second floor of a historical building of the eighteenth century; it is characterized by high ceilings, many windows overlooking a private garden, and it is spacious.
There is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table, TV, sofa bed and a comfortable bathroom.
It is in a very central location: you will be just steps from the Ca' Foscari Bridge, near Ca’ Rezzonico waterbus stop. St. Mark square it is easily reachable using the service "ferry Gondola" for only 0,50€, which allows you to cross the Grand Canal from Ca' Rezzonico to San Samuele waterbus stop, then just a walk of 10 minutes.
Rialto bridge is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Alessandro Frè has reviewed the apartment on 08/30/2014 The apartment is located in an optimal zone of Venice, ten minutes from San Marco and close to vaporetto stop (so you avoid boring transfers with luggage and suitcases). It's an apartment where 7-8 people can stay very well. open spaces, comfortable rooms and also a small private garden. If we find a defect, it is in the bathroom, a bit small given the size of the apartment and no shower.

Piera G. has reviewed the apartment on 10/01/2012 The apartment is in a great location: quiet but in the centre, is bright, airy and well decorated. There is air conditioning (we did not use it, but I think you will use it in summer time) and the staircase leading to the upper floor is very picturesque. No toilet paper (we had to buy), but there were plenty of towels. The sheets were clean, the fridge functioning and clean, the bathroom in good condition. It is classified as apartment for 7 people, but in fact are only six beds. Double bed + double sofa bed and two single beds. When I told to the check-in manager, she called the owner, who said that the seventh was the sofa(!) where they had to put the sheets. So one of us had to sleep on the sofa​​(comfortable, but not a bed). For a couple of nights, it is not a big deal, but I expected at least 7 beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
