This spacious and comfortable structure in the center of Venice, in the district of Castello consists of 3 apartments (one apartment per floor) and it can accommodate up to 18 people. Overall, there are 5 bedrooms, 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms with shower.
On the top floor of the building, there is a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy, in complete tranquility, the sun of Venice for an outside lunch or a moment of relaxation after visiting the city.
Among the services available there are: Internet connection, oven, microwave, satellite TV, washing machine and for families with small children, a cot is also available. Animals are allowed.
To move and to visit the main attractions of the city, the house has a strategic location. St. Mark's Square is just five minutes walk away and the Rialto Bridge is 350 meters away. The closest stop to the vaporetto is Rialto which is less than a hundred meters away.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

Spacious and well located, it would be appropriate to repaint the walls and slightly improve the decor to be a little more comfortable and functional. Regardless of this, it was a good choice for a short stay, especially with children.

We spent 4 days in November and we found very comfortable the apartment that is situated in centre. The frames and the bathrooms are in excellent condition and the heating worked well. We didn't use the terrace, for the weather. To come back.

In order to vote of the apartment 'residence for Miracles' without a doubt it deserves 5.

The apartment in question satisfied completely our needs, clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable.

Strategic location, convenient to the main sights of Venice and excellent as the starting point for the islands such as Murano, Burano and Torcello.

It was also nice because we could appreciate not only the classical Venice but corners and squares less frequented but equally worthy of attention; artistic jewelry around a cameo!

The proximity of the hospital was a significant point of reference especially for those who, like us, were visiting Venice and the Lagoon for the first time, moving not just walk but also by boat.

The supermarket around the corner comforted our daily needs.

An experience to repeat and that I would recommend to everyone, especially to large groups.

The apartment has a great location, bright, spacious and comfortable beds.

The kitchen is not very equipped, it lacks the colander and the corkscrew for example.

The roof terrace is beautiful and the stay was very pleasant.
