Real pleasant two-room apartment, pretty bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes, good bedding, ideal neighborhood. We were very happy.

Suggestions
You would need 1 broom and a dustpan as well as a squeegee for the shower
The sofa is very unstable and has to be reinstalled constantly. You can't sit on it.
In the bedroom with the double bed, there is a large, very bulky piece of furniture, part of which is broken and against which you hurt your feet if you are not careful.
A toaster would be welcome.

The service is perfect. The organization was excellent. There is always someone who responds if needed with kindness and professionalism. We are delighted with the entire service part and would like to express our thanks to Eugenia, Elena, Rossana, Fabio. When we return to Venice, we will not pass you.

Very good location, very quiet, St Mark's Square is 15 minutes walk away, and a stone's throw from the vaporetto, very clean and very comfortable.

Good service, access to the apartment very well explained, but too bad we didn't have 'real' contact with Rossana. We recommend the agency.

The apartment has a 'homey' feel that is very appealing, and rigorously clean. The two bedrooms are comfortably large and the bathroom is new. A nice touch was the little net bag in the kitchen containing dish detergent and a small new sponge for washing up. The neighborhood still contains more Venetians than tourists - it's busy in the day but quiet at night (though via Garibaldi, the main shopping street, can be lively on weekends) and is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and bars as well as two vaporetto stops for the primary lines. I would definitely recommend it, especially to families.

The service from the company was excellent. Eugenia was wonderfully helpful and efficient, answering our questions at all hours.

My family and I We spent a pleasant stay in Venice, in the apartment No. 2085 that we rented through staff at DolceVita Apartments srl. The apartment is very well located, clean and with everything you need for a happy stay, located in the area of Castelo, very close to the Garibaldi Avenue from where taking a beautiful walk you get in about 20 minutes in the Plaza de San Marco. We have had a phenomenal stay, thanks in large part to the help that Rossana gave us, with which we are very grateful for all the help we received. She lent our family to make the stay as pleasant as possible and the patience she had with us during the entire stay. A pity not having met her in person to thank her for her professionalism and dedication. She has all the gratitude of our family and five stars like five suns.

Very nice apartment located in the Castello area, well equipped (except coffee machine too small for 4 persons) with bedding in excellent condition. To emphasize the warm welcome of Rossana who provided us information on the life of the district. However, the lack of functioning of the dishwasher and the shower screen in bad condition that almost injured me. The description on the site is in line with reality.
