The location is a perfect spot between the very active zones of Rialto and San Marco areas. Campo Santa Marina is a welcoming and quiet place with a true neighborhood quality with children, dogs, local residents around throughout the day and evenings. Grocery store just steps away, excellent cafe/patisserie shop on the campo, Osteria Santa Marina is definitely a destination restaurant. All those factors make it a perfect location for both visiting Venice and seeing local life.
The apartment was very clean and the extra linens provided were sufficient for our 2 week stay. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location, on a quiet side behind (and above) the pastry Didovich. Perfectly and abundantly furnished and equipped with everything you could need for a stay of more than 1 week. Price suitable for location and size. The only note is the strange tuning (even changing it) of television channels, many but put in order apparently casual.

Perfect service with very friendly welcome, full of explanation and very helpful with the times: we had to meet at 4 pm but we arrived at 2 pm and Miss Elisa arrived in a few minutes.

We had a great stay in this apartment. 1 minute from a supermarket and 5 minutes from a delicious pizzeria bakery. Close to the Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes walk to the beautiful San Marco Square.

The location is fantastic close to all the main sites. Walking to St. Marc's square one way and Rialto bridge and the grand canal the other. The apartment is clean and the bathroom and kitchen are new clean and bright. Fantastic large apartment is great for a family. Two thumbs up from our family. The main advantage of the apartment is definitely the location: very central, we walked around Venice with ease, breathing the air and the atmosphere of the city. Comments: I will highly recommend this apartment to friends and family who travel to Venice...and my reasons are as follows: as you come off the train, we took a water bus to Rialto bridge where we were met. This was important as it's can be difficult to find. Once we arrived we paid amount owing In full and I was provided a receipt. The apartment is beautiful. We had three adults and four children and ample amount of space, and comfortable. There is a full kitchen for those who prefer to cook and a washing machine for your clothes. We entered the address of the apartment Into our phone and this assisted us greatly with finding our way back. I loved it as it was soooooo very quiet as it's exceptionally noisy when you get to tourist areas. We were five minutes walking from Rialto Bridge and walking distance form St Marks Square. Grocery store around the corner. Highly recommend, very clean and air conditioning :).

Apartment #161 deserves the maximum rate for its exceptional position, which is an average of about 7 minutes walk from Saint Mark, Rialto and Fondamente Nuove (jetty to Murano and the other islands), as it gives a glowing square - as it is served, just below the house there are several shops including a supermarket; it's a big and bright house - it is large enough for 7/8 people - finally, because it is clean and well maintained.
