Venice Apartment for 4 People with Garden: Elegant and comfortable apartment in the historic center of Venice, in the Cannaregio area. This beautiful holiday home is on two floors. Downstairs there are the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while at the top there are another double bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. In the beautiful garden which surrounds the house there is a very beautiful gazebo with table and benches, ideal for an aperitif or a breakfast.
Other facilities in the apartment are: washing machine, WI-FI and satellite TV. The house is also equipped with air-conditioning. Guests are also provided with towels, sheets and blankets. For families with small children, a cot is available. Pets are welcome.
We also recall that the apartment is located just 60 meters from the "Madonna dell'Orto" stop of the vaporetto and about 200 meters from the very beautiful church of the "Madonna dell'Orto". In the church there are several important works, including the painting "St. John the Baptist with Saints Peter, Mark, Jerome and Paul" considered the greatest masterpiece of "Cima da Conegliano".

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

The means of transport are very close, also the apartment is not very far from the station and other important sights so it is easy to get there on foot. The apartment had all the necessary for the stay and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

In 8 people we had a great time. Hossep, the person who welcomed us was very friendly and really helpful, very useful his advice and his info; from the first night we had the baby with a high fever, and on Sunday, also, he offered to go to the pharmacy for us .... In addition, being so close to the vaporetto stop (20 meters are real) was crucial for us that in addition to the children we also had two older people. We also loved the tranquility of the area, without the crowd that often distorts Venice. What can I say, it is sure that we will return very soon, and we will take back that apartment, the n° 1 is perfect for it!

The apartment was clean and was well stocked with towels, bedding and toiletries. It had everything we needed to cater for ourselves if we didn't want to eat out. Bed configuration was good and slept 8 of us. The apartment is cosy with a good outdoor area.
