Venice Apartment with Altana

Here is our evaluation of apartment 133. Rating: 5/5 The apartment is absolutely perfect. It is very well equipped and ideally located. The apartment is very quiet and extremely clean. We were like last year very very satisfied in every way. We have just returned from five wonderful and wonderful days. We highly recommend this apartment located close to the lagoon of Venice and close to San Marco. Thank you for everything. We hope to return next year to the same period.

I reply to your message after having already posted a message on Trust Pilot. We were very happy with our stay in Venice from March 16th to 21st. We stayed in apartment 133 located in Castello near Via Garibaldi. Everything was perfect: the welcome of Stefano, the comfort and calm of the apartment, its excellent equipment, and three rooms so nice and full of charm.

We had five days of dream! We give the 5/5 rating to this beautifully located apartment in a neighborhood where all the locals are extremely friendly and open. The booking procedure is also perfect and very efficient.

We will be back as soon as possible and certainly next March.

Very satisfied between 2 years for the Biennale!

Situation = 5, between the vaporetto stops Arsenale and Giardini (biennale): very close to everything, without the tourists. A real street, a big street with all the traditional shops, numerous restaurants and cafes, a market of fruit and vegetables, a mini-market often more expensive than the butcher and the grocer on the corner, fish market etc ... And at 30 meters the dock ...
And, very precious in Venice, gardens, very close, one sees them of the room and the terrace.
The apartment: 5 .Spacious, very bright, six windows plus one roof, plus a glass door opening onto the terrace. Exhibition at west.
Attic: equivalent of a 4th floor without elevator.
Nice height in places, (room, living room) very well arranged: a real kitchen equipped with hood, large refrigerator, a large living room, a large bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, a shower room with wc. Perfect for two people and for a long stay.
Services = 5
Very clean apartment, impeccable and abundant linen, complete equipment (washing machine 11kg dryer), umbrellas, salt, pepper etc ... Wardrobes, intelligent design, well thought out lighting, plenty of storage tricks.
Efficient heating, air conditioning.
Music, cd of jazz ...
It feels like a friend has loaned us his house!
We were very well received despite our late arrival (10pm).
Appraisal:
We spent ten days of amazing holidays, taking the boat several times a day (one every 10 minutes) to discover museums churches and bridges in Venice and coming back to land on the terrace. On our next trip to Venice, we will definitely return to this address!

My vote is 10 !!!
