DolceVita Apartments N 465 Venice Apartment Calle Grimana: The apartment is located in the Castello district, in a side street at the beginning of Via Garibaldi, just a 5-minute walk from the Giardini and the exhibition pavilions of the Biennale. It is convenient for the beaches of Lido di Venezia and for the Venice Film Festival.
Via Garibaldi is the beating heart of the residents, there are numerous shops, typical businesses, bars and restaurants, such as the characteristic "cicchetterie" where typical Venetian dishes can be eaten at the counter, and where typical Venetian festivals are held all year round also in costume; you can live like a local. In 10 minutes on foot you will be in Piazza S. Marco (1 vaporetto stop).
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport: both from the railway / Piazzale Roma and from the airport.

The apartment is bright, quiet, with a typical canal view. It is located on the second floor of a completely renovated building, it is perfect for 3 people and has been recently restored, furnished with care and taste. It consists of an entrance hall, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

The apartment is also equipped with hairdryer, iron with board, television, satellite dish, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen and independent heating.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Elena was very helpful and present and responded to all my requests. you could do separate waste collection and in the morning from Monday to Friday the street cleaner comes by. for next time. There were no additional costs other than those agreed upon as per the contract. It is the second time I have rented with your agency and I had a good time. The other time it was an app still in the area, a side street off Via Garibaldi. INFO: when will we start hearing from us for September 2024?
