Venice Apartment Cannaregio for 4 people: Check-in from 3pm onwards and check-out by 10am. Possibility of self check-in. Cozy and elegant apartment in the historical center of Venice, in Cannaregio district.
It is on the first floor of an historical building with one double bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and one bathroom with shower.
It can accommodate up to 4 people: there is a double bedroom and, in the living room, there is a double sofa bed.
Furnished with care and attention, it offers a wide range of amenities and services, among which TV, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heating system.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, refrigerator, blender and toaster. Towels, sheets and blankets are provided.
It is in a very well-served area, only a short walk from “Strada Nuova”, a street where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh fish at the local market stalls which takes place every day.
If you have special needs, we will be happy to help you to make your holiday even more unforgettable.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

Ranko Murtic has reviewed the apartment on 01/10/2014 Lovely apartmant meticulouse and fresh. Spacious enough for a family, bright and airy. Newly remodeled with the venice characteristic elements and both sides overlooking the gardens what is precious. The location is sligtly off but ok, close to the ferovia and the city garages yet in the beautiful Canneregio district 50 m from cannal grande and 10 min walk to the rialto. In the evenings you could seat on the cannal grande jetty and sip a prosecco. Maurizio , the owner, gave the whole logging adventure a friendly touch. He waited for us promptly with the bowl of fresh fruit for the welcome and ready to acomodate any specific need. Higly recomend
