Venice Apartment Rialto for 4 People: Central apartment on the second floor in San Polo district. It consists of one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower and living room, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In the double bed room there is in fact a comfortable sofa bed (single).
There is also a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, fridge, freezer and kettle. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. Available also heating system and fans.
Just 5 minutes far from Rialto Bridge, this apartment is situated in a very well served area both by shops and by transport: it is 450 meters from the terminal "Rialto C". The apartment is also easy reach from all the main monuments of the city: 10 minutes walking from St. Mark's Square, and 600 meters from “Basilica dei Frari”.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

very well located near St Mark's Square and easy to access when arriving from the airport by the Alilaguna transport company. The staircase up to the apartment is quite steep and it might be advisable to point this out for people with physical difficulties. Furthermore, the drain from the bathtub was not very good. Easy reservation and payment, excellent welcome on site by Agota who arranged to have the apartment for us from 1 p.m.

app of the right size for 3 people, very central and well equipped with services. Elena was very helpful and present and responded to all my requests. you could do separate waste collection and in the morning from Monday to Friday the street cleaner comes by. for next time. There were no additional costs other than those agreed upon as per the contract. It is the second time I have rented with your agency and I had a good time. The other time it was an app still in the area, a side street off Via Garibaldi.

The accommodation is superb. It is very well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located 10 minutes walk from the Doge's Palace. There is a lot of space and an internal terrace. I recommend this property.
We had a small problem upon arrival in that the heating and hot water were not turned on (button behind the coffee maker to turn on the boiler), but Elena was responsive and helped us solve the problem.
