DolceVita Apartments N 490 Venice Apartment San Stae with 2 Bedrooms: This bright apartment is located in the Santa Croce district, at roughly 12 minutes on foot from both the Santa Lucia train station and Rialto Bridge. It takes just 3 minutes on foot to reach the closest vaporetto stop (San Stae). This accommodation of 80 sqm is on the first floor and is made of a large hall, a small bathroom with shower and window, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. This apartment is characterised by a vintage style, that goes well with some pop details and the “Terrazzo alla Veneziana” floor, resulting in a peculiar and agreeable mix. Towels and bed linen are provided.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

The apartment was perfect for us, a few small inconveniences such as changing the glass of the bathroom door which was all broken to avoid an accident with children, reviewing the water outlet of the kitchen sink when there was has too much water that s evacuated suddenly it overflows from below and you have to mop up. Built in the typical Venetian way. Well decorated. Ideal if you want to immerse yourself in city life. It is located in the Santa Croce neighborhood. It is very close to the S. Stae vaporetto stop, which makes it very comfortable and quiet to sleep at night as it is a little busy street. The Apartments in Venice service has been communicative at all times and with kindness and confidence when it comes to resolving doubts and with clarity in the reservation, payment, check-in and check-out process.
