it was in a great location and the hostess /owner couldn't have been more helpful. She met us off the ferry and personally showed us to the apartment - which was really great. service 10/10

The apartment was as described very authentic and in a great location. Plenty of cafes and bars close by and in a safe neighbourhood. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend it to my friends and family if visiting Venice.

Comfortable, nice for the number of people indicated, quiet at night, very well equipped and nicely decorated, very well located 2 minutes walk from the stop 'Guglie' for the vaporetto and Alilaguna (airport shuttle): a real pleasure! Impeccable, courteous, efficient service.

Our stay in Venice was very enjoyable. The apartment we rented was very warm, spacious, clean, with all amenities, well renovated in an excellent location. Excellent welcome service. I recommend this apartment.

We stayed in Venice with a group of friends for a total of 9 people and we felt immediately that the solution of the apartment was the best. After viewing and choosing the perfect apartment among the many solutions proposed we booked it immediately from the site and we sent the required deposit. At our arrival in Venice a responsible waited for us (we had contacted him before) to show us the apartment, give us some information about and collect the balance. The apartment has fully met our expectations (service, cleanliness, location) then rating 5 and the customer service was very good.

Apartment tidy and clean. The district is very nice and the welcome of Mrs. Alessandra was excellent. I will certainly recommend it.

The apartment is very well kept, well equipped, very clean. It warms up very quickly perhaps for the 'high' ceilings, in reality it is too low and it is easy to beat his head against the trussed ceiling.
The district is quiet and charming, well serviced and joined to the rest of the city.

Apartment clean, everything running, we were happy and well.

The apartment is very nice and large. I suggest it. The Express Machine is not very good but, all other in the apartment is perfect.

Perfect I would recommend it.
