This Venice apartment of 70 Square Meters is on the first floor of a historic building between Ca' D'Oro and the Rialto Bridge and it can accommodate up to 4 people.
It was furnished by using elements and prestigious fabrics in perfect Venetian style.
You will find the living room with a dining table and double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and also a single bed, bathroom with shower and locker room.
Thanks to the central position, there are three waterbus stops near the apartment, so it will be very easy to reach every corner of the city using public transportation and, of course, also by walking!
If you have special needs, we will be happy to help you to make your holiday even more unforgettable.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

Apartment rating: 5.
Apartment very well located: on foot, 5 minutes from the Rialto, 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes from the pier for Murano.
Spacious enough for 5 people.
Pretty, well renovated and well equipped.
The interior patio of the building is pleasant.
The neighborhood is lively, but the dead-end alley is quiet. So no noise at night.
The owner is charming and available.
The Louer-Appartement-Venise.com service is very good. You can contact a hostess very easily. A few days after making my reservation online and paying the credit, I realized that I had made a mistake in the date of my stay. A quick phone call to Eugenia and everything was resolved.
