The Loft in Venice is part of structure of 3 units that shares a precious and peaceful oasis.
The 60 Square Meters are divided between ground and first floor, completely restored and furnished with the right balance between practicality and design.
The living room with a sofabed, complete kitchen with all appliances and the bathroom are on the ground floor, upstairs you will find the bedroom with a double bed and an additional 2 sofa.
This loft is suitable for 4 people.
In the living room there is satellite television, free WI-FI and the bathrooms are equipped with bath and shower, bed linen and towels are provided.
Relaxing moments can be spent in the garden.
Thanks to the proximity to the landing of the waterbus, just a few steps away, you can reach the key points of the city of Venice and the other islands of the lagoon.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

We give the apartment 5*. The position is absolutely wonderful, the best position in Venice -opposite the Gritti palace where a room with Grand canal views cost 5000 euro -we had the same views from the lovely deck for so much less. A seagull stole our mini speaker so watch out for that but otherwise everything was perfect. Your communication and Alberto the lovely owner was also 5 *. Thank you..

it was a very quiet area, near to Biennale/giardini or to the waterboats. The appartement/kitchen and bathroom was clean but the furniture (beds)/carpets/ceilings perhaps needs a small renovation. the service by Elena war very good, very friendly and we could ask and got answers very fast.

Very well located and the apartment is very good and the beds comfortable. We spent a week there with 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). If we come back to Venice we will take the same apartment. The apartment is located in the center of Venice, therefore convenient for reaching any destination on foot in a short time. The apartment is very large, equipped with a large, well-equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom. and a single room with en-suite bathroom. Cleanliness, punctuality and attention from Nicole who took care of welcoming us and explaining the house rules complete the picture of three days in Venice (for work) spent in the best possible way.

very well located near St Mark's Square and easy to access when arriving from the airport by the Alilaguna transport company. The staircase up to the apartment is quite steep and it might be advisable to point this out for people with physical difficulties. Furthermore, the drain from the bathtub was not very good. Easy reservation and payment, excellent welcome on site by Agota who arranged to have the apartment for us from 1 p.m.
